Two man experienced team arrived and thoroughly investigated why the external alarm was not working. Interrogated the panel and found a blown fuse, which was replaced. The power from the panel to the external alarm was found to be non-existant and that was down to the failed supply cable. The external alarm box also needed replacing as it was badly corroded. We discussed the various options and they promised to revert with quotations while a possible internal cable routing was investigated. It is an old alarm system so compatibility issues need to be finalised. All in all very satisfied.

Paul was great, serviced our system and today we had to call him out due to alarm going off. He arrived promptly and the issue wasn’t his, the alarm code was wrong … crossed wires when we asked him to set a code. Samantha, despite being on holiday assisted over the phone. Thank you both.
