  New Worcester Bosch boiler

  Sheldon's fitted a new WB boiler for my aged (86yr old) parents. They live 90+ miles away and are not on the net. I contacted him to explain the problem and he agreed to travel so far to help them out. Amazing service. I used him several times because he comes as a WHICH recommended trusted trader and he is exactly that, very trust worthy and good at his job. He did the job on Monday, arrived on time, was very tidy, fitted the boiler, tested and explained everything to my parents who cannot thank him enough. He is sending them all the paperwork and x10 yr guarantee, brilliant service.

  Replace Oil Boiler

  Very happy with the quick efficient service which was a complete boiler replacement in just 1.5 days including the fitment of a new flue, Hive control, external filter and power flush. Neat and tidy pipework and Mark and his staff were happy to accommodate any extras. Have already asked them to quote on further work.

  Various electrical work

  SEP completed several electrical jobs around my home which in clouded installing new outdoor lights, electric shower, outdoor plug socket to name a few. We were really pleased with not only the work carried out but the discussions of work whilst completing to ensure we were happy. The engineer was polite, tidy and competent and we will be using SEP for other work that we may need. Thank you.

  Full house rewire.

  I asked for an electrical survey to be carried out, result of the survey was best way forward was to do a complete rewire of the house, Mark fitted us in despite his heavy work load, the work was completed on time (including plastering) I have no complaints about the completed job or the workmanship. The quote given was accurate and well worth the end result, I have no hesitation in recommending Mark and his tradesman.

  New en suite and downstairs toilet.

  Replacement of our gas boiler.

  Excellent service at a very good price. Mark came out promptly to give the quote, advised us clearly on our options and sent the quote by return. They came at the appointed time and worked efficiently and without unnecessary disruption. They cleaned as they went along and tackled the problems of replacing a very old boiler in an older house without fuss. We are very happy with the finally outcome and would recommend them highly.
