Installation of a complete biodisc drainage and drainage system
The system was carefully designed by Mike. The system was then installed perfectly to meet the exacting building regulations. The work began at the agreed time and completed by the agreed time. This meant staying late to complete the work over the last two days which was really appreciated. All the site was tidied well leaving a first class job!
Installing a water treatment plant and soak away.
Very efficient and quick. Very friendly team installed the tank. You could hardly tell they’d been here after a few days. Would highly recommend.
Clearing blocked drain
Contacted Mike Sutton and he got back to me very quickly and kept me updated yesterday and today. He arrived this morning as arranged and completed the works in a very professional, thorough and friendly manner. He also attended to a second blocked drain which I was unaware of but explains the mini lake outside my back door in inclement weather. Mike Sutton then cleared everything up and checked that both drains were running freely before leaving. Good to see that such good service is not a thing of the past and I have recommended him to two acquaintances.
Ground works, drainage, structural and landscaping
From quotation to compilation Mike was extremely professional and carried out a faultless service. The work carried out was done to a very high standard and nothing seemed to phase Mike or his team. Work of this nature tends to come with a few problems but Mike was always on hand with an effective solution and alway communicated well throughout the process. Mikes team take a lot of pride in their work and even left the job site tidy at the end of each day. They were a real pleasure to have round and if the truth be told we kind of miss them now they are gone.
