Very happy with my annual boiler service. Simon contacted me with a reminder that the service was due and, on the day, kept me fully updated with his ETA. Simon always treats my home with respect and is a pleasure to deal with. On this occasion, my boiler needed a new part, and Simon made sure that I understood and was happy with the need for the replacement, plus the associated cost. Would recommend him without hesitation.

Simon is personable and very competent, he does quite extraordinary problem solving. He followed up when parts had to be ordered and always came back when he said he was, which was useful for planning of being home
