Incompetent
Never use these people - 4 visits later, over the best part of 7 weeks and still the cooker doesn’t work. Amazing how many times they can turn up with the wrong part. We know how frustrating it can be to wait in for your engineer and jobs can take anywhere from thirty minutes to 2 hours, so at 8pm the evening before the day of the appointment you will receive an email and text message giving an approximate time slot (3 Hours). The email and text message will also contain a link so you can track the engineer until he gets to you. The link updates the time slot after he has finished every job before you.
