New wooden garage doors fitted and problem leaks resolved under the bathroom floor
Very pleased with the works carried out, all tradesman were helpful and gave sound advice. Everything you want from tradesman who in Louth, Lincolnshire, are very difficult to find!

Double glazing, decorating, stair rail with posts, garden clearance, fencing.
I found Mr Facer to be very helpful and efficient. His company, Service and Solutions, has a very high standard of workmanship and I was very pleased with all the varied work they did for me, home improvements, garden maintenance etc. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Bathroom - new showers, shower screens and tiling.
Service and Solutions has recently refitted new showers, screens and retiled two wet rooms for me. John is a very pleasant builder to deal with, his workmanship is very good, he is tidy and goes the extra mile. I have already booked him for my next jobs.
