Booked Tim to arrive at 6pm to do job but he was delayed due to circumstances beyond his control, he eventually arrived at 8.30. Tim quickly diagnosed the problem as an alignment issue and was able to realign the locking mechanism to work correctly. It is now working the best I can ever remember. Tim also advised on a Fire Safety issue with my door lock and fitted a fire safety approved security lock. We needed to change the lock for secuirty reasons and we were trying to find a reliable locksmith company. Called up Tim who seemed polite got here on time and did the job well . Happy quick service for a Sunday in a emergency! Tim identified the problem quickly as being a misalignment issue with the latches. He was able to resolve the issue using his knowledge and experience. Tim also advised that the lock barrel was not fire rated and was able to install a suitable new barrel. Although Tim arrived later than originally planned this was due to circumstances beyond his control and I have not reduced my reliability score.
