Fantastic service from quote to completion!
Highly recommend, the process from start to finish was made simple, the team were able to quote based on photos of the problem with my upstairs sink. Ethan kindly arranged the appointment and managed to accommodate my preferred day, really appreciated his effort. Friendly, clear communication.The tracking for David's van made preparing for the visit a lot easier. David is a fantastic representation for Serviceteam, he explained what needed to be done and immediately got to work. Approachable, efficient, all sorted in one visit! installation of 'under sink' water filters.
The communication with the office Team was excellent. The operative arrived bright-&-early and politely refused any refreshments. He completed the work within an hour, then explained how the filtersvworked and how to replace them in the future.
