Our aerial was banging against the chimney - so Dave came to fix it. Brackets all fine, just loose
Dave was a real pleasure to deal with. Came when he said and carried out the work in under ten mins. All sorted - aerial had come out of bracket. I was charged £50 which seems high for the time it took but its one of those you pay for the knowledge and ability to get there as I could not have gone up there or had the ladder. Still cheaper than other call out quotes I was given and it was done very well. Would recommend.
Solve loss of TV signal
Excellent all round, he was nearby on another job, which was lucky but he came round, identified the issue, replaced the relevant aerial parts and fixed the problem, all within 90 minutes of my first call. I would thoroughly recommend David.
Replace and relocate aerial, diagnose and replace internal cable
Really nice genuine chap, pleasure to have working in the loft. Really pleased with the standard of work, and professionalism. Happy to work around my pet, and kept doors shut and tidied up after, and took away the old aerial. Super Job.
My TV was not receiving good reception - pixelated.
This was a no hassle service, I called for a quote and David attended the next day. He was able to fix the problem there and then. I am very happy with the service.
Removed Aerials from roof after storm damage
Fantastic service, can’t thank David enough for coming out so quickly after my initial call. We had two aerials on our roof that we’re damaged in the recent storm and could have fallen any minute. I called Sevenoaks aerials who gave me a price to remove them and came the same day. Professional, extremely reasonably priced and a nice genuine bloke.
Installation of new aerial and removal of old aerial and satellite dish
I was having issues with poor picture quality on my TVs, which struggled to pick up channels on the current aerial in the loft. Dave installed a new aerial outside my property, removing and disposing of the old one (I had a broken one outside on the roof). He also took down an unused satellite dish, which he also disposed of for me. I called Dave on Saturday evening and he came the next morning! The job was done professionally and quickly. Highly recommend! Thanks Dave!
Supply and fit a new aerial and cables to two rooms
On time. Walked me through the work and provided a competitive quote and was able to complete the work in the same day in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. Checked everything was working correctly before leaving and left a contact number to call if we needed any help or had any problems
Remove old tv aerial from side of house
Excellent service. He took down the aerial although it was quite windy. Came at the allotted time. He was very tidy and I would highly recommend.
To replace mast head amplifier, which had stopped working due to water entering device.
My mother-in-law contacted me to say her television was showing a banner saying "no signal". As a tv engineer with 30 years experience l made a visit. On arriving l looked up at the aerial on the chimney and noticed the cable tye had snapped and the mast head amplifier was hanging upside down. My imediate thought was water would have entered. Result failure. I phoned Sevenoaks Aerials on Monday 12th july. The owner said he would call the next day, which he did. He replaced the faulty amplifier. All working good now. Great service, reasonable price. Mother-in-law very happy. Thank you.
Replace faulty amplifer
Came out at short notice on a Saturday. Identified the fault and completed the job within an hour at a reasonable cost. Obviously knows his stuff and would recommend to anyone.
