An experience that restores your faith in human nature. On a difficult day for a couple of reasons, my electric box was making a loud , continuous clicking noise. I looked online for various causes and it recommended immediate action. I posted on Checkatrade and had a swift response from Charlie at Severndale. He texted various questions and I sent a video of the problem. He could have charged me a large call out fee as it was an emergency situation. However, he continued to contact me online and gave me simple solution. That tells a lot about the person, I recommend Charlie wholeheartedly.

They arrived in good time and the job was completed in good time too. Very personable duo and very cheerful .

I found Charlie from Severndale Electrical very reliable. Job was done and report sent out quickly (although it had gone in to my junk folder so make sure you check this!) I thought he was very polite and gave us good advice when the report found faults. He took time out to give me his thoughts on the required work point by point and his opinion on whether we should continue with the house purchase which we found very useful! Thank you for your time and we will definitely be calling on you to complete the work once we have moved.
