Brilliant service
Rob and his colleague were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, giving us tips to help prevent future blocked pipes. Rob came out within 2 hours of us calling. He was was friendly and polite, and rectified the problem. I highly recommend.

Clearing a blocked sewer and also clearing a blocked drain (caused by the sewer problem)
Excellent service from Rob at Sewer Surgeon. Returned phone call immediately and offered a same day service despite it being a sunday, for no extra charge. Really clear about costs in advance. Work done quickly and efficiently along with advice about how to avoid problem in future. Cleared everything up and left the site spotless on completion. Very professional throughout and a pleasure to deal with. Recommend 100%.

Identifying flooding issue and clearing blocked pipes.
Rob came as soon as possible on the day we phoned him.To fix a blocked pipe - the solidified result of historic use of washing machine powder. Pleasant, polite and friendly, Rob worked hard to fix the problem. When it became apparent the blockage was worse than thought, he came straight out the following day to deal with it. Would be more than happy to recommend Rob. His personality and good prices made a tricky situation easily manageable.

Clogged waste pipe
Rob and his colleague were absolutely fantastic. We called them out at 9:30 last night with an issue and they arrived that evening. They were very polite and quick to sort out the issue with our blocked pipe. Everything now runs smoothly and they offered an incredibly reasonable price for their service. Very happy customers here!

Clearing the drain
Rob was absolutely brilliant. A lovely honest guy, came out within an hour of my call for a seriously blocked drain ( blocked for years). He unblocked it swiftly, had a very clear fee structure so I knew exactly what I would be charged and sorted the problem really quickly - leaving no mess behind. I would definitely recommend Rob and would use his services again.

Fixed water leak on our tank
Very efficient, contacted Rob late Saturday night, came out within 90 mins, diagnosed the problem straight away and was was fixed within a day. Great service would highly recommend and very tidy.
