  Reliable, hard working, professional service delivered by friendly and conscience workmen.

  Incredibly reliable and hard working. Sam and Leo repaired and renovated our roof over the past fortnight. Arrived by 8am and worked through until 4.30pm each day. We discussed different options for our roof (Spanish slate, concrete slate or Welsh slate) with the pros/cons of each, including costs. Courteous, hard working and incredibly reliable - Sam and Leo did a fantastic job - I am delighted. Sam also re-pointed one of our chimneys and evaluated the rest of our brickwork. I would definitely recommend.

  Reroofing

  Garage/workshop slopping pantile roof required restoring. Sam, the cmpany owner, came and provided a very reasonable price for stripping the roof, installing a roof lining and timber support and relaying and replacing over 200 tiles. Job was completed in 4 days. Sam and his team such a pleasant crew, leaving the site as tidy as they found it. I definitely recommend them. Very professional in all ways.

  Sandstone wall reduction and repointing. Relead a dormer roof, cement recap paint chimney.

  We would like to recommend SF Construction. Sam and his team are very reliable, turning up on time for three days running. They both worked very hard to get the job done continuing to work throughout lunch and in spells of rain. So far we have had two jobs done one involving sandstone wall reduction and lime repointing and the 2nd required the Relead of a dormer window, chimney recap and painting. We have requested quotes for future work to be done.

  Tile repair

  Really pleasant guy, came and replaced a few of our roof tiles as they'd come loose in the storm, quick response and a very reasonable price compared to the other price we were given, would definitely recommend and use him again, thanks sam

  Repointing

  Very nice to deal with, good communication leading up to the job, turned up promptly when the day came to do the work and made a very nice job. Sam is very polite and knowledgeable and cracked on with the work and finished too high standard. Will definitely be using again for any building work.
