    Designed and installed new metal roof for outside gazebo. Installed new drainage system to patio . Installed new fibreglass collar to reseal where flue comes out of flat roof.

    Very happy with all the work carried out by Simon. I found Simon friendly, knowledgable, professional and honest. I would highly recommend.

    Double garage, Office and WC: Timber Framed, Larch Clad

    I am extremely satisfied with all aspects of the work done by Simon. Simon was communicative and responsive throughout the project (both verbally and via email and phone), discussing any issues along the way and always keeping me informed. Simon was happy to be adaptable and re-design/change aspects of the design on an ongoing basis without any concern. The quality and standard of finish is excellent and all snags were dealt with swiftly at the end of the work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Simon to anyone looking for someone to manage and perform a building project.

    Roof - tiles removed, felt fitted to roof area. Tiles put back or replaced where necessary. Soffits and fascias replaced along with gutters and downpipes. Exterior of house repainted

    Work was conducted professionally and efficiently. I was impressed with their knowledge and ability to resolve issues as they arose.

    Hanging new internal doors with hardware, liners and architraves.

    Very happy overall as he did exactly what was required to a high standard and also at a very reasonable price.
