This company were incredible with helping me during a last minute desperate plea. I was selling my house and a week before moving my buyer decided she didn’t like the cat flap and wanted it gone with a week’s notice before completion. SFK sourced matching bricks, fitted us in at short notice and were incredible kind and did a great job bricking up the hole. No other tradesperson would complete the job in such short notice or would charge a ridiculous fee for such a small job. But SFK did not take advantage. They then completed plaster work inside the property too for a reasonable price.

SFK were asked at short notice to lay a patio after a previous builder let us down. Stephen quoted the next day and gave us a good price with nothing to pay until the job was finished. He started on time and finished on time. The SFK team did a great job, kept us up to speed all the time, arrived on time and were always polite and helpful. The job was great and we are really pleased with the result. Thank You SFK

Pointing and Gable End concrete repairs performed to an excellent standard. Making the bay window canopy and door canopy water tight was completed to a very high standard and is now aesthetically pleasing. Would thoroughly recommend.

Stephen and all his trade people provided an excellent and trustworthy service at a competitive price and were professional and friendly throughout the 4 month process of taking down and rebuilding the kitchen extension and then refurbishing the rest of the house including plastering, new kitchen and bathroom. He even landscaped the garden. It was completed within the time frame and to estimated price. Workmanship is to a very high standard and Stephen helped us through the whole process from start to finish. Quick to resolve any issues we had and I would highly recommend this builder.

Guys worked quick and hard through the weekend. Very punctual, friendly and honest. Will be using this team again for a different job!
