Highly recommended
Rory was absolutely brilliant. He suggested some large tiles I’d never have thought to use and they look absolutely amazing. Punctual, good price and the job was done to a really high standard. Would definitely recommend :)

Bathroom refurb
Rory recently tiled our bathroom . Couldn't be happier with the end result . He was punctual and also helped with some design ideas . And his work was faultless. Thanks Rory will have you back to do the kitchen soon .

Poor work and did not complete
Husband was away. Rory quoted price for the whole job tiling shower room and floor, plus boxing, never mentioned not siliconing. He left promising a quick return to box in etc. said to get the toilet completed first. He took the full agreed payment. I didn't realise how poor it was until my husband saw it. Big gap between tiles in corner and grout all over. Rory wanted hundreds extra to come back. My husband ended up boxing in pipes, but Rory still demanded nearly half the total job price to finish a few tiles, he then became hostile and accusatory as if it's my fault! I'm very upset

This review is because I wouldn’t do free work 6weeks after she massaged me saying what a great job i have done . Her own design problems caused her delays as the plumbing was incomplete. We pride ourselves in great feedback & reviews as can be seen . We will ignore this senseless review.
