    What a top person and efficient job! We had an emergency that needed to be fixed that day and Mr Faraj did SUCH a speedy and quality service on that, that we immediately booked him for its twin bathroom the very next day ! AND, an external tap! Nothing felt too much, and, our thoughts re placings, designs and times the installation could be noisy were all keenly received and felt to be as important to him as they were to us. Mr Faraj worked sensitively around our delicate public base, and kindly with our staff. He’s one of the team now-and we are SO grateful to find. Absolutely brilliant!!

    Excellent service from start to finish. Arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and fixed it efficiently. Professional, friendly, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The pricing was fair and clearly explained. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber and will use them again in the future.
