  Removed old shed door, replaced with new and disposed of rubbish

  Stan was very helpful from first meeting. contact was good and prompt. Ordered items for direct delivery. very consciencious in doing the job. Even came back for a final finishing touch. so job was completed properly. highly recommend and would use again

  Fill fireplace and shelves

  Stan filled two low shelves and a fireplace, plastered all and cut and prepared floor tiles for me to fit when the cement had set. Overall very happy with the result, and will definitely be ringing Stan soon for some more work around the house!

  Remove the laminate flooring and the trim in the kitchen and safely and responsibly dispose

  From attending the site to provide a quote for the work to agreeing the cost and the work on the day, Stan was prompt and polite. He is very responsive on CheckaTrade. The work was undertaken quickly and cleanly. Stan is very knowledge and advised me on a number of issues in my flat. He can do most jobs and is honest with you if there is something he cannot do, but can recommend a tradesman to provide a quote. I was very impressed with Stan, and will definitely engage his services again. Cannot recommend SG Building Services enough.

  Fitting and installing heavy duty house decor

  Stan helped me finish the decoration of my house. I’m horrible attaching things to walls and Stan did everything for me. He sorted everything from bay window curtain rods, to a series of extremely large mirrors and several shelves with various attachments. Stan was fantastic. His communication was impeccable. He was very clear with his approach and it was brilliant to have an honest discussion. He did everything he promised. His work was brilliant and I can’t say enough good things about Stan and his work. I will definitely be calling him again.
