Install metal railings - some dug in some bolted

Stan was polite, professional and great to have working on our house. The quality of his work and his passion for doing a good job were clear to see. Despite a family medical emergency which he needed to attend he still came back to finish the job the same day. Highly recommend.

  Good worker

Stan was very honest and up-front from the start in term of what he can do when, and cost. He was also reliable and arrived within the timeframe agreed and carried out all work in my home to a high standard. I noted he goes over and above to ensure the job is finished to a high standard.

  Fill fireplace and shelves

Stan filled two low shelves and a fireplace, plastered all and cut and prepared floor tiles for me to fit when the cement had set. Overall very happy with the result, and will definitely be ringing Stan soon for some more work around the house!

Remove the laminate flooring and the trim in the kitchen and safely and responsibly dispose

From attending the site to provide a quote for the work to agreeing the cost and the work on the day, Stan was prompt and polite. He is very responsive on CheckaTrade. The work was undertaken quickly and cleanly. Stan is very knowledge and advised me on a number of issues in my flat. He can do most jobs and is honest with you if there is something he cannot do, but can recommend a tradesman to provide a quote. I was very impressed with Stan, and will definitely engage his services again. Cannot recommend SG Building Services enough.
