I wanted my downstairs bathroom removed, carpet and sink removed, flooring laid, 2x double sockets installed for power, and washing machine/dryer installed in the room, and the living room painted. I am extremely happy with the result, worth every penny, Sam always goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy and I will be using his services again.
