Leak through the hall ceiling and leaking outside tap.

The company responded within minutes of posting and the plumber was on site just over an hour later. After consultation about previous issues in the same location and the need to assess what was actually causing the trouble, the plumber was able to locate the almost inaccessible cause and resolve it. Top marks, Will. He then fixed the outside tap by replacing and enhancing the pipework.

Outstanding service at a reasonable price

I requested a quote for having an outside tap fitted. I was contacted the same day with a reasonable price and booked in for 2 days after. They turned up on time (with a phone call prior to confirm time of arrival). The work was carried out efficiently and with minimal mess. They cleaned up afterwards and it was all done exactly as agreed. Very happy with the result. I wouldn't hesitate to use SGS again and to recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

To install a new gas fire.

Installation was smooth of a new gas fir but since then the glass has gone multi coloured, smoked and no longer transparent. It looks terrible and This should not happen with a new fire. An engineer was called out and he agreed the problem needs to be rectified, also a manager. Have since called 4-5 times, with response ‘we are waiting to hear from’.. kicking the can. As two older people, it is disappointing to be taken advantage of, as we all worry we will be during our old age. Very disappointing from a local company we had hoped to support.
