Damp Proofing
We had a damp problem in our kitchen we wanted to resolve. Nathan was very friendly and clear in the possibilities of what the problem could be and how it could be resolved. He was able to come and have a look asap and was really thorough in his assessment of the problem areas. We were just looking at one area but there has been other areas we may want to look at fixing in the future and Nathan also went through these and possible care we could do before actually paying for someone to fix it. Damp Survey
Fantastic service from Shadbolt plastering.They did a damp survey on a property I am currently in the process of purchasing. Very impressed with the report and detail, the photos were a nice touch too. Some areas were found that were not included in my home buyers survey, this will help a great deal with negotiations. Find cause of damp
A few months ago we noticed damp. We contacted Shadbolt Plastering to carry out a damp survey to find the cause of this issue. They were very thorough and used thermal imaging which identified the cause. We were then sent a detailed report with photos attached. Along with a quotation for treatment. Nathan also scheduled a call with us to go over the recommended treatment and answer some questions we had which was great! The process was smooth from booking to carrying out the damp survey.
