Shane was excellent from start to finish and made the whole project smooth and stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble, and he suggested clever ideas we hadn’t thought of that really improved our bathroom. He also happily took on extra work we requested, showing great flexibility and professionalism. Everything was completed on time in just two weeks and to a very high standard. Shane did a wonderful job with taking out the old bathroom and fitting a new walk in shower and basin/toilet plus complete re tiling and flooring. He was brilliantly cheerful and really helped with selecting the new bathroom items, even meeting us on site to help with what would fit and advice on what types of tiles. Shane also booked us in for a date for the job and did the work in the exact time frame, essential as I had to stay elsewhere in order to work. He was professional, kind and the completed work was such an excellent quality. Absolute star, highly recommended.

Shane was beyond excellent throughout. He gave accurate timescale for the job and start date. Focussed entirely on our job whilst he was here. He was clean, tidy, polite, honest, knowledgable, helpful by giving us recommendations and tips and communicated with us each day with what he had done / was going to do next. He did exactly what we wanted even when we made small changes and add-ons and sorted out any unexpected issues that arose with ease. Very reasonable rates too and a really lovely person. We have recently had the bathroom refitted and from the initial contact with Shane to the completion we were kept fully informed. He is a very pleasant. friendly person and the work was done with very little inconvenience or disruption to ourselves and at the end of each day the room was left clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the bathroom and have no hesitation in recommending Shane (Beautiful Bathrooms).
