Lock replacement
Sharon was very prompt, identified the problem straightaway and had the correct replacement lock on her van. All fixed very quickly and tidily. She also sorted out another lock on the outside door without being asked. She made one feel completely safe.

Needed to gain entry after locking myself out.

Front door lock
Our front door had become stiff and was difficult to open.Sharon attended the same day of the call within an hour diagnosed the problem. She fitted a temporary lock until the new lock that was ordered had arrived a few days later.She was very knowledgeable and also gave advice on security.

Front door lock
Our front door lock had become stiff to unlock and was very unreliable. Sharon contacted us within 30 minutes of posting the job and came 2 days later to complete the job. She was helpful, knowledgeable and came well within her estimate for the job. Would definitely recommend her. THANK YOU
