Eighteen months ago Shaun fixed a leaking conservatory roof for my Mother. This had been leaking heavily in several places & had been a big problem for many years despite other roofing people trying to fix it. Shaun responded quickly to my request to visit Mum. He sent me a value for money quote along with photos of where the problems were plus details of the extra guttering sealing & the new drain pipes needed to fix it. Two days of work later he sent a full set of photos showing the good work he had done. Not a drop of water has leaked into the conservatory since. Well done & thank you Shaun

I called Shaun because our UPVC back door was jammed close. Shaun was able to come the next morning and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to use his experience to come up with a way to get the door open and showed us the failed lock unit which was causing the issue. On top of all that he is a very affable chap!

Everyone needs a Shaun in their lives. From our initial meeting through to completion, working with Shaun was an absolute pleasure. The work we needed wasn't straightforward but Shaun came up with a few suggestions that we hadn't thought of and went with cedar cladding which looks wonderful. Shaun has a real eye for detail and we would have no hesitation in recommending him or using him again if he were available.

Shaun visited in person to give us a quote and explained everything he'd be doing before quoting us a very reasonable price for the work/materials. I had to cancel at very short notice due to a family emergency and he was understanding, he managed to reschedule for a couple of days after and got it sorted. Friendly, professional and clearly knows what he's doing, would recommend to anyone.

Shaun carried out work on our leaking conservatory roof recently and I had to wait for a good downpour before posting a review! Very happy to say that there is now no leaking. Shaun was reliable and communication was good. Would certainly use his services again.
