  EPDM Garage Roof and Fascias

  Lee came highly recommended by other tradesmen, and did not disappoint. From the first request for a quotation to completing the job today, the communication has been excellent. The fascias and gutters were fitted by Kev, and quickly followed by Lee, Bryn and Connor with the decking, covering and trims. Attention to detail is second to none, and the finished job is brilliant. All were a pleasure to have at our property. We would highly recommend Lee and his team for any roofing job, knowing that they would never let you down.

  What an amazing team at shawroofing. Polite, friendly, hardworking and reliable. Lee and his team have been brilliant and the quality of work is top notch at a very reasonable price. Will definitely recommend to anyone who need a reliable roofer.

  Repair ridge tiles, rake out and repoint chimney, fit cowls and replace lead flashing

  Lee was quick to respond to my initial enquiry and was able to give a competitive quote quickly from photos of the roof. Upon further inspection, he pointed out the lack of flashing around a chimney and missing mortar in the brickwork. This was added to the quote and accepted. I was very happy with the constant updates on how work was progressing via photo’s, videos and voice messages. His team arrived punctually and left very little evidence they’d been leaving the property clean and tidy. They even cleaned out the gutters, before I got round to asking.

  Pointing, flashing, flaunching and tile repairs

  Nice and easy, Lee came and gave me a quote on what was needed, flashing had gone, chimney was leaking and needed pointing and some tiles needed a fix. Kept me informed when the weather wasn’t right for the job and got in as soon as he could, never even met the guy he came while I was at work, did the job and went. Happy days! Will be calling next time I need work doing, thanks mate 👍🏻

  Excellent workmanship and communication. Site visit was carried out professionally and provided great level of information. Left the area clean and tidy after finishing a very good repair.

  Chimney repair

  Lee was excellent through, this work was booked in a time where the weather was cold and wet and often windy and Lee advised that we wait for the repair due to the mortar not going off in colder weathers and with rain goes without saying and then the wind is not safe for Lee to work in, he constantly kept us updated of what was happening and a plan, now the work is done to an excellent standard with pics showing Lees workmanship supplied and a fair price as well. So all round a top job from a top bloke and will defo seek Lee out again if the needs require and will recommend Lee’s services ! X
