Very disappointed with a kitchen lino fit. The fitters should have removed the kick boards and run the lino underneath, but didn't — instead they laid it over the old flooring, cut it around 3cm short at a wonky angle, and patched the gap with a vinyl strip that looks poor. They'd also taken the kick boards off but couldn't refit them over the doubled-up layers, so I paid someone else £100 to have them planed down. They did return to attempt repairs, but the short cut couldn't really be fixed. Sadly can't recommend for this kind of work.

No walkthrough or fitting instructions were provided before the job, so our fitters worked based on the setup they found. The job also included a toilet area connected to the kitchen, which wasn’t mentioned in the original description, but we still completed the work professionally without complaint. We returned to attempt repairs and also offered reimbursement towards the £100 cost mentioned, but received no response. Aside from the area referred to, the lino was fitted to a very high standard.
