Amazing service from start to finish! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We reached out needing an updated EPC rating and within just 2 days they had visited and everything was sorted! Communication was so easy via WhatsApp, with really quick responses throughout. Lydia came to carry out the assessment and was so lovely, friendly and efficient. The whole process felt really relaxed and nothing was too much trouble. I also really appreciated having a female assessor visit, especially as I was home alone without my husband. They text to let me know that they were going to be slightly late due to traffic, which was appreciated. Very friendly, polite and apologetic for being late although they were still in between the times I was given.
