Poor workmanship more interested in telling me he could break in in 2 minutes and job he did lasted 1hour didn’t work came back still didn’t (doesn’t) work then not replied to message

I'm very impressed. our back door lock mechanism was failing; not only did they immediately recognise the urgency but they came out the next day for a free quote, charging less than the other lock smiths quoted thank you

Engr Blakey arrived on time, assessed the problem with my broken window, gave me an acceptable quote, and immediately carried out the repair to a high standard. Great service, will definitely use again in future

Came out only screwed something at bottom and charged £96 it did open stopped again within a hour , came back next day pulled and slammed door it did open shut with some effort , spent more time saying how we needed other work done locks windows . Next day. Door won’t open at all was told he couldn’t do it would have to send the big boss and it could be several more £100’s so left with a door we can’t open and £100 out of pocket

Very easy to deal with quick response turned up same day work complete quickly
