Broken hinge been replaced. I'm pleased with the service.

Our front door had dropped and it couldn’t be locked without lifting the door with my foot. I called Sherlock and they arranged an appointment the following day where the technician came and fixed the problem, explaining what he was doing and what the future options were, including costs. Whilst he was here I asked him to change a loc which he did quickly! A great service!

Called on a Monday as I couldn't lock my door at all, the lock was completely broken, Callum came out later that day, I have no idea how but he got the lock working and wouldn't leave until he new my daughter could lock the door. The following Monday Callum came back out and replaced the lock and handles, as requested. Would receommend this company 100% Laura on the phone is very nice too, called me back even though I hadn't left a message but she had seen I had phoned. Many thanks
