Nigel from SheffLock did a fantastic job when one of my windows would not open. Initially it was a challenge and was stuck fast, but he persevered and thankfully was able to open it. He replaced the locking gear, and the hinges that were also failing. Excellent work from Shefflock. including the comms. Thank you

Came out only screwed something at bottom and charged £96 it did open stopped again within a hour , came back next day pulled and slammed door it did open shut with some effort , spent more time saying how we needed other work done locks windows . Next day. Door won’t open at all was told he couldn’t do it would have to send the big boss and it could be several more £100’s so left with a door we can’t open and £100 out of pocket
