  Excellent Job

  We’ve had a couple of modern vertical radiators installed, replacing our old and dated ones, they look amazing. Rob came down and explained the job with what was needed to be done and a date was set. Asher done the installation, he was friendly and very efficient, I could see he took pride in his work.   Boiler replacement

  Our boiler was condemned as it had started to leak. Rob came to do a site visit and his explanation of what needed to be done and his professionalism stood out. The quote then proved extremely competitive and we signed the contract. Rob arranged for the old boiler to be removed promptly to enable the floor to be replaced where the leaking old boiler had damaged it. He then went out of his way to get the new boiler installed so that we weren’t left without hot water for more than a few days. His engineer was excellent and we cannot fault the experience that we’ve had.

  Oil boiler and radiator upgrade

  Shelter Adams were recommended to us through a friend .We needed an oil boiler upgrade and new radiators throughout .After enquiring initially, the company arranged a home visit to establish what was required ,the engineer that came was polite ,friendly ,professional & explained everything and advised the best products for our needs . Installation was arranged around our holiday ,no mess and a complete handover at the end . We were extremely pleased with both the quality of the products and the service provided and would have no problem in recommending this company

  À new combi boiler and two radiators

  Rob Shelter was there throughout as the organiser, starting with a comprehensive and affordable quotation within days, then organised the job about 6 weeks later. It involved a new combi-boiler to replace the old boiler as well as gravity hot water tank and water reservoir. The boiler at one extreme end of our 600 years old cottage and the tank by the chimney in the attic at the very other end. Also two radiator replacements. Rob sent team Shane and Harry and they did the job in just three days, efficiently and no mess at all. Great job!

  Absolutely brilliant, fast contact, quiz and competitive quote, arranged for someone to come out next day. Had a very minor query and was called to talk it through within half an hour - cannot recommended enough
