Shem was professional, reliable, very helpful and kind to me. He was exceptionally swift with the work at hand, from point of contact to finish was a few days! His communication was exceptional and he was just a pleasure to have around for the time he worked. He went above and beyond! (This day and age it is hard to find someone as such). Thank you ever so much Shem. I recommend this tradesman. His work speaks for itself. So happy with my new flooring.

Honestly, there are not enough good words to compliment this flooring fitter enough. Shemsi was a true pleasure to deal with from the start to the end of the flooring project in our new home. He showed true craftsmanship all the way through the job fitting an oak herringbone floor with border works, in our Hallway, Study, Living Room & Snug. He was polite and a pleasure to talk too all the way through our floor project. I am a professional myself and had several questions that required answers too, Shemsi replied to every point I ask about , professional to the end. I highly recommend.

From start to end, Shem has been very professional. Called him for a quote and he came to my house on the same day and gave me a price on the spot. I was not the most decisive person and yet he remained professional. His pricing is very good and he works fast. What was meant to take two days he was able to do in one and at an impressive standard. Any future jobs that need doing, Shem is first on our list!
