Marc removed and fitted new external oil fired boiler. Marc quoted on time and very happy with the quality of his work. I found Marc to be very helpful, profesional and provided some videos to show the work completed and how to operate. Great service and price.

Having noticed dangerous fumes escaping from our boiler, we had to switch it off immediately. We contacted Marc at Shenfield Heating and he was able to slot us in within 2 weeks. But, as we also had no hot water as the immersion wouldn't come on, Marc came round within a day or two 2 to get that back up and running for us in the meantime. He really went above and beyond to get us out of a muddle which we appreciate massively. He also talked us through the different systems, boilers etc and enabled us to make the right decision. Marc and his team were punctual, polite and tidy.

Our boiler was serviced and certified by Shenfield plumbing today. Jack was on time, efficient and polite. Communication beforehand and the day with Marc was excellent. They couldn't have been better.

My heating had not been running to the scheduled temperatures/times and several radiators were cold compared to others. Marc fixed everything and clearly explained what he was doing throughout. I would highly recommend.
