0Verified ReviewPosted on Checkatrade regarding an electrical issue with our extractor fan. Contacted by Bailey from Shephard's Contractors Ltd on 22nd July, who said they would love to help but were very busy and unable to get to us until two weeks later (5th Aug). No problem, happy to wait, so booked in a visit for the 5th. I asked if they required any details / photos, didn't get a reply. The 5th came and they didn't turn up. Reorganised for the 12th August. Another no-show, claimed they were delayed with no signal, apologised. Reorganised for the 13th, the promised they'd be free. Didn't show again...

10Verified ReviewAbsolutely amazing contractors!! Very clean and tidy very professional in the work they do! Was quoted for a 3 day job and between them they completed the job in 2 which caused minimal disruption so we could carry on renovating our house. Would highly recommend for any work you would need them for we will be absolutely be using your services in the future and continue to use Shepards contractors

10I have wanted a garden light in my garden that I can switch on and off when needed. Bailey came on an agreed date and time and after listening to his ideas and advice , left him to do the work . On completion , I was so delighted with the finished job. Would definitely use the company again.

10Wanted a fixed light in the garden for a long time that I could turn on as and when needed. Bailey completed that wish for me in a manner you would expect from an experienced trades person. Agreed on a date and time convenient to me , arriving on time did the work , once I saw the finished job , I was so so pleased. He then left with his charming smile. Would definitely use the company again.
