Their glazier Mike arrived on time and was very polite and knowledgeable. He quickly set up his tools and removed the glass and replaced it with a new one. Once finished he cleaned up totally and gave me the bill. I called their office and paid over the phone by card. Such an easy experience ! Top marks for Sheppy Glass
