The team were absolutely brilliant from beginning to end. From the initial survey to suggesting the right products, the design and consultation process, all the way through to completion. David is extremely experienced, and the team were responsive to our wishes throughout. They were at the end of the phone, available to answer the many questions we had throughout the process. They completed our bathroom to a very high specification. We are extremely happy with our new and improved bathroom. We highly recommend their services to others seeking a professional team of contractors.

Shercoriana have left us with a “bathroom” that has been poorly installed, is unfinished, springing leaks in multiple internal walls (pipework for towel rail, shower wall, water supply has had to be turned off), has uneven and wobbly floor tiles (laid on self-leveling that had not set), and is TOTALLY UNUSABLE. We are out of pocket to the tune of thousands of pounds. They have made offers to rectify, but we cannot trust them to do this competently. The owner can be intimidating to deal with. The bathroom will need to be totally redone. Think carefully about inviting this company into your home.

We had an extensive side and rear extension completed, also with internal work to 2nd fix, outside rendering, and garden landscaping etc that was completed in agreed phases over 2022 and 23. We found the whole team to be trustworthy, reliable, courteous, polite and friendly. All work was completed to a good standard, on budget and time. Some snagging was needed after the build with some plumbing issues that had been sub-contracted out - but the Team took ownership for these and were dealt with rapidly. We would highly recommend and will be using the service again ourselves.
