Sherwood vale, absolute best around! Sorted out a much needed extension to give more family space, nothing was too much trouble, amazing from start to finish, will be using again for future projects.

Sherwood Vale Developments renovated our 150-year-old cottage with exceptional care. The tradespeople turned up on time and did an excellent job. Dean was frequently at the property in our absence, ensuring everything was going to plan. Without his commitment we would have struggled to find good tradespeople - and to have drawn them all together in sequence would have been nigh on impossible. Although the firm focuses on new builds and property extensions, Dean's tradesmen gave the same excellent finish to a house built when Queen Victoria was halfway through her reign.

Dean Cox of Sherwoodvale provided an excellent Summer Room for our bungalow. The job required demolishing existing cconservatory, dig substantial foundations and then build a beautiful summer room with brickwork, windows, patio doors and roof to superbly match the current build. Workmen were excellent and polite, always on time (early 8.00 daily) and the work progressed smoothly even in the days of difficulty acquiring materials. Complete satisfaction with the quality of job and personnel.

We have never come across a builder like Dean at Sherwood Vale. He was the original builder of the bungalow that we bought and the bungalow itself and the additional work that we have had done have been to a superb standard that we thought no longer existed in the building trade. We could not have been more delighted and would highly recommend them for any building work.
