Engineer arrived within 3 hours, friendly and efficient. He quickly identified the problem and fixed the door quickly. The charge was reasonable and I would use this company again.

Was very prompt with coming to see the work and giving a quote. I agreed on the price and paid a deposit on the 5/6/25. He came last Saturday to replace the glass and the order was wrong. He said he would to reorder the glass and get back to me . I contacted him yesterday as the glass was getting worse , he said to be the glass will be replaced tomorrow but he will come out to secure the glass as to avoid anyone getting hurt. He did not turn up . I have sent him a WhatsApp message , he has read them but no reply . I have also called him , not picking up my calls .
