Would never use this company again. They took the waste but gave a quote on the driveway and when I came to pay they had added VAT which they did not mention before. When I queried it I was told not to make a scene! They became aggressive when I said it was not made clear. No joy from the office either. Gaslighted and made to feel really uncomfortable. No answer back from complaint. Would not use again.

Shift it Waste have collected items from us twice recently. They are very prompt to collect, professional and friendly, polite and helpful. Their prices are very fair. I recommend them.
