Would never use this company again. They took the waste but gave a quote on the driveway and when I came to pay they had added VAT which they did not mention before. When I queried it I was told not to make a scene! They became aggressive when I said it was not made clear. No joy from the office either. Gaslighted and made to feel really uncomfortable. No answer back from complaint. Would not use again.

Thanks for your feedback. But what you have put in your review is false. All our prices are +VAT, this is how its advertised, you were told when you booked in, and told on site when our team quoted you that it was also +VAT. Our team did not become aggressive on site, as when you say this occurred I was on the phone to them and they did not interact with you. You then called whilst I was on the phone to them, which I ended to answer. That is when you told me this lie as if I had not been literally speaking to them. If you did not lie to me you would have had a favourable outcome.
