Turned up without ladder so had to try to get bush hanging down back in with just a pole. 2 days later it was back hanging down. Although in the job description said wasn't inclined to come back as hadn't charged. Said would try to put back if in area. I declined. I wanted someone to put it back properly not just try. As for cleaning wasn't expecting gleaming white but upper cills were just smudged dirt and rest was not great in places. No cleaning agent used just water so dirt still coming off upvc when I went over again myself with windowlene and squidgy, showing windows still had dirt.

Superb and really flexible work. Absolutely amazing work on the carpets, far exceeded our expectations - heavily soiled from incontinence and other dirt dropped on the floor by my disabled dad. They looked a different colour and all odour removed. Great cleaning throughout, really clear communication. I would definitely recommend Shiny Bright to anyone who needs house cleaning services.
