We have called on Sam several times over the past few years, general advice and repairs and for our regular boiler service. Sam is very friendly, helpful and always does a great job, leaving things tidy when he leaves. Sam will always take the time to explain things clearly if I have a query. Sam has done a few jobs for us over the last couple of years. Replacing radiators and heating, solving the most annoying shower leak when nobody else could and boiler services. I messaged Sam after he was recommended by someone on facebook. He got back to me and gave me a quote to supply and install an outside tap. He then got back to me when he had his diary to book a date, He came when he said he would, Very friendly.
