Incompetent, obnoxious and poorly managed company. Drawings were sent back at least 10x or more with multitude of errors and continually wrong throughout. Sent to building control before agreeing to the final design and sent to local authority rather than private as requested. Drawing standard was pathetic, as someone who works in engineering this was the standard of someone learning at college rather than an architect. Carl was rude to the contractor when asking simple questions and also rude to myself when confronted about the errors in the drawings and communication of the project. Avoid!

Multiple changes were made to the clients scheme based on his requirements, I feel based on his engineering background there was a difference of options on the technical side of the design, we did however address any queries along the way based on our knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
