very responsive and were able to call out quickly, friendly guys, knew their trade well and had us up and running in no time. Very well mannered, took their shoes off at the door without us even asking. They made sure it was up and running too, did a proper check before leaving.

Shout repaired a leak on our hot water header tank and were excellent throughout. Professional, friendly and honest, with the work clearly explained and carefully checked for leaks. When turning the water off caused a small stop‑cock leak, they came back the same day and fixed it. Quick quoting, prompt work, fair price as quoted, and no hard sell. We’ll definitely use them again!

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The guys who came to fix our bathroom were fantastic, really polite, friendly, and easy to have around. The quality of their work was excellent and they were so conscientious about everything they did. Nothing was too much bother and they genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was finished properly. We’re extremely happy with the result, would highly recommend them, and will definitely be keeping them in mind for any future work!

Excellent work. This was a challenging experience - I had to give a plumber the key pad code to my elderly/vulnerable Mum. Also I was unable to be there to supervise. I feel it important to inform future customers how helpful and trustworthy this company was. Whilst they were there someone tried to gain access to my Mum and the nice guys from Shout Plumbing spotted this chancer and asked him to leave. I’m a very grateful customer. 😊
