Brian's service was at a very high standard, conscientiously dealing with a complex group of issues with our roof & conservatory that others could only guess at. He showed great attention to detail and knowledge, taking the time to explain everything to us clearly. Went above and beyond - I could tell he wasn't happy until all issues (even minor) were resolved. Will not hesitate to be back in touch for further works going forward, pleasure to deal with - highly recommend.

Brian is a bit of a perfectionist! His attention to detail was excellent even shaping a piece of trim to fit our brickwork rather than just whacking in a lot of sealant. His price was competitive too.

Brian, from SIAN, did a superb job of refurbishing and realigning our conservatory roof panels, he replaced several double gazed windows, realigned double doors, removed old conservatory blinds and made good the interior of our conservatory . A really personable and knowledgeable guy. Brian completed the work to the highest standard and kept us up to date on his progress. We are very pleased with his work and would not hesitate to recommend him and SIAN Improvements to you.
