He started the work on time as agreed. And was very punctual each day and worked full days. He finished the work ahead of schedule and to a high standard.     Skender is professional, reliable, & punctual. When the previous builder left our property's rear extension incomplete and without a roof, Skender visited, assessed the work, agreed to step in to help and took full responsibility for completing the project and committed to provide a guarantee for all the works and also promising to address any issues that might arise up to a year after completion. This commitment brought us great peace of mind. His work & material used seemed to be of good quality. I would recommend SI Builder and would use their services again if required.

  • Leaking shower repair and ceiling damage repair

    Skender and his young assistant did a great job repairing a persistently leaking shower enclosure. They quickly diagnosed the problem, The work was done fast and efficiently, including repair of the ceiling underneath the bathroom. They did clean up afterwards, but it would have been nice if they had taken the debris with them. Still, I would ask them again to do work for me.
