    To determine whether some existing walls were load-bearing.

    I needed a report done to support a permission request for removing a wall in my flat. Luali was able to arrange for a survey to be done quickly and during the appointment, he gave clear advice regarding what could be done with the walls. The report was written up and shared in a timely fashion.

    Side extension and loft conversion

    The work was carried out in a very professional manner. The engineer came for a site visit, explained the options very clearly to us, and two weeks later we had the design with no issues whatsoever. Overall very quick turnaround and extremely professional. Would definitely recommend!
