Brilliant workmanship nothing is too much hassle. Fantastic job from start to finish. Highly recommended

It is rare to find a builder who arrives when promised, completes the job to a really high standard within the quoted time scale, and whose price quoted and charged for is good value for money. Lance is that builder. He has already completed a second job . We have booked him for a third. Thank you Lance

We were initially pleased with Lance's work. He had done the work efficiently and it looked good. However, it has become clear that the work done has not been done to an acceptable standard, as reviewed by several independent companies. The grouting and tiling was poor underneath the shower and bathtub, leading to a leak that's caused damage to the kitchen ceiling below. The sink has also had leaks and after many many phone calls, he came to fix up the job recently, but this has started dripping again. He has not returned our calls. We have no choice but to make a complaint.

Lance was polite and helpful. He arrived and carried out the work as agreed.

Brilliant job. Done very fast and to a high standard. Even supplied tools to pull cables through (which hadn't been a requirement of the job).

Very good. Lance Evans always went the extra mile and it was a pleasure to have him around. Very professional, attention to detail and nothing was too much trouble.
