Silverain Ltd the director does not pay a court order

The job was a ground floor rear extension (this was not in the drop down arrow selection) the company left the work end of 2016; I eventually won a court case in Wandsworth and they were ordered to pay me over £4K by the end of August 2024. I never received a penny and in the meantime the sole director, opened a new company in the name of Silverain Developments Limited and made sure first to move Silverain Ltd registered address to an address up north (for a Wimbledon Business) then to apply for strike off of the company.

Refurbishment of block paving driveway

Silverain did a fantastic job of refurbishing my terrible looking driveway. I had an old stone / rubble pathway and dipped section in the middle of the drive that both needed to be replaced with block paving to match the driveway. I couldn’t have asked for a better result. The guys were friendly, helpful and in my opinion did a great job. I’m really pleased with the end result would absolutely recommend Silverlain.
