Daniel and his team have been looking after my plumbing and heating needs at our last 2 homes and I wouldn't go anywhere else. This includes larger projects like gas hob refitting through to toilet cistern fixing and many jobs in between. They recently replaced our old boiler and were once again truly excellent in taking care of the job swiftly, at a reasonable transparent price, and whilst being respectful of our house. I highly recommend Silverback for your plumbing needs.

The engineer turned up for the installation bang on pre arranged time. Once the installation was finished my house was left in immaculate condition with the carpets being hovered even though covers were placed in all the areas needed to carry out the work. Stage by stage I was shown how the fit was progressing even when the radiator had a complete flush through, I was shown what came out after the procedure. I would recommend this company to install your new boiler for a gas central heating system, 100%.

Daniel was super helpful, prompt and knowledgeable about the works needing to be carried out. He provided our service and gave a quote that is very reasonable. We will definitely be using Dan again!

Couldn't recommend Daniel enough! He was responsive, informative, assessed the situation thoroughly and took the time to explain why we had been having so many issues with our boiler. He was highly professional, communicative (both via mobile and email), punctual, and even went the extra mile to reset our whole boiler and conduct gas checks whilst our roof was being redone mid-repairs. He is a safety-first minded technician, highly knowledgable and does work to a very high standard. We are lucky to have him in the Crawley community.

After having the boiler condemned by gas safe from another installer, silverback heating came in and accessed the job and corrected all the unsafe findings on the boiler They were positive about what they could do as other company did not want to touch the job All done and corrected in an afternoon and making our boiler compliant and registered with gas safe
