Quote visit for greenhouse base and other garden brickwork
I contacted Guy and arranged for him to visit to give a quote for a greenhouse base and other brickwork around the garden. When he didn't show up on time, I contacted him to find out he'd forgotten about me! This was the second contractor to do this on the same day. Really not impressed!!

I contacted the customer to apologise and rearrange the appointment after I had picked up my children. I was told it would have to be another time and was awaiting arrangements instead a review appeared here I can only apologise again.

Cutting branches and felling trees
The work was carried out in a professional manner and was done with expertise and skill. This was done within the quoted timeframe. Our instructions were adhered to and the invoice was as quoted.

Replacing fence panels
Really happy. We had lost a few fence panels in a storm months and months ago and just never got round to booking someone in! So pleased we went with Silverback. We were quoted quickly and booked in a few weeks after. Work was completed well. Really friendly, quick, professional. Everything we wanted really!
