John came round promptly to diagnose the problem and properly assessed the chimney from a ladder (unlike another tradesman who simply guessed from the ground). He started the work as soon as he could and communicated clearly throughout. Excellent service and workmanship — I’ll definitely use him again for any future roofing jobs.

John responded quickly to my Checkatrade request and came on a Saturday morning to check where our leak was coming from. He showed me pictures from our roofs (he prefers to get up on the roof to assess it rather than send up a drone) and explained what needed to be done. He was able to get the work done before Christmas, which turned out to be a godsend given the terrible weather in January and February. We haven't had any leaks since, so I have no hesitation in recommending John and his business.
