AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Came to diagnose my boiler issue. Paid £80 but was told this would be deducted from any further works. After the diagnosis they became slow at responding. When they did provide a quote it was high, not itemised, didn’t include the £80 deduction. They also would not make an appointment until I’d paid 50% of the total cost. On questioning the invoice, I was told the £80 was already deducted, plus an additional £20 out of good will- that’s a lie When they finally gave me a date it was too far in the future to be viable. Do not use. Dodgy business practices

AVOIDBooked a boiler service and gas safety certificate. Paid in advance. The boiler passed the safety inspection. The engineer did not carry oit and a full service as per manufacturer guidelines although this was contractually agreed. The engineer did not check ph of system and did not check or bleed any radiators. Job lasted 10 minutes . Rush job cut corners- incomplete service jeopardising boiler functioning long term. AVOID

Gas check was fine however the next day My heating was coming on every time I turned my water on. When I phoned them I spoke to the senior engineer. I Explained the issue and I was not happy with him as he started talking to me like I was an idiot and talking at me. I found out that the diverter Valve had failed by myself and will get it changed. I was simply looking to ask the question to what they had done as it failed within 12 hours of the visit. Awful customer service so pray nothing breaks after they been.

Amazing Engineer, time keeping and honesty. Reasonably priced as well. Took Tim to explain work done. Would recommend over and over again.
