New laminated flooring whole house only completed half then I had to get another company to finish
Lazy workmanship not finished in hallway Needed to be put right by the next company. 1 we arrived both days on time 2 the second day we arrived her son became aggressive towards us so we had no option but to leave. 3 we said we would come back to finish the job but her son must not be there 4 she took 3 weeks to make her mind up what she wanted to do 5 she decided to take the laminate and get someone else to finish it

Repairing an incorrectly laid floor (by someone else)
The solid wood floor in the house I bought recently began to rise up alarmingly. All the flooring people I spoke to said I'd have to rip it up and have a new floor laid. Manningtree Tiles and Flooring were the only people who came out, looked, correctly diagnosed the problem and suggested a remedy, noting, sensibly, it might not work. Today, they tried the remedy: it worked! They have thus saved me approximately £3,000. They charged me a very fair price, worked hard, left the floor looking really good, were immaculately tidy and exceptionally nice people. Emergency job to remove bathroom tiling to access a leak for repair
